Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies:
Payment: All private lessons must be paid in full prior to the scheduled lesson start time.
Cancellation: When you schedule a private lesson, you are reserving that slot of your instructor’s time and studio space. To cancel without being charged in full for the lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your lesson is scheduled to start. If you must cancel within the 24-hour period, you will be charged for the lesson in full. Please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy.
Refund: Payments for private lessons are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
